I’m in Dallas this weekend for The Dawg Bowl—Underdog’s second live final.
Last year’s edition in Miami was a blast—we recapped it here—and I’m really looking forward to seeing a bunch of people from the Deposit Kingdom.
These kind of weekends are always energizing, especially after thirteen straight weeks of being holed up in my office.
I’m particularly looking forward to doing some live shows with Badge Bros and Josh Norris.
That’s the one element of recording podcasts that I do regularly miss. When I first started doing fantasy content (The Fantasy Football Comedy Hour), the four of us recorded it every Thursday night at my condo.
As much as the internet has streamlined making podcasts—and I definitely love not having to commute anywhere—there still is nothing that can replicate recording in person.
