Earlier this week I wrapped up the script for the final episode of So You Think You Can Tout and shipped it off to the editors, who are hard at work on it now.
This finale is another 75 min+ corker, so we’re looking at a Monday release, likely after Best Ball Breakfast.
I’ll have plenty of thoughts/reflections on the show in the wake of the finale, but it feels surreal to wrap up this 4-month sprint and easily the most ambitious project I have ever tackled.
When I first landed on this idea, I had a few things I knew I wanted to do with the show, but I truly had no idea what the landing would look like.
I will not be offering up any spoilers here, but I will say that this ending greatly exceeded my expectations for the show and feels like the ultimate validation for all of the time and money spent creating it.
